How much prop?

60 hp Vw.
a snowmobile clutch drive . reduction starts at 3 to 1 and goes to .70 to 1.
How big a two blade wooden prop can I spin. Pitch?
I want to keep the engine RPM a little under 3000 rpm
Hit the gas and pray
